48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 48 hours' notice for ALL services. We understand life gets hectic, so all circumstances will be up to your stylists discretion. 

1. Cancelling or rescheduling after 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% service value fee on the day of cancellation. 

2. Not showing up (no-showing) for your appointment will result in a 50% service value fee.

3. 48 hours notice is needed to downgrade any service. Downgrading any service after 48 hours notice will still result in full payment for the original service booked. Arriving late will also result in paying for the original service booked.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON PREFERENCES

We pride ourselves being a welcoming and relaxing space, and we want to continue giving exceptional salon experiences to all of our guests. We understand finding childcare may be difficult, but if possible, we do prefer adult services to be unaccompanied by a child.

All children's services are to be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
